SECOND, it is a requirement for at least 1 year of P&C insurance experience in Albuquerque Area OR at least 2 years of sales experience where you had to pursue and/or convince and/or follow up with potential customers (order taking jobs, primarily customer service roles, and jobs where leads come to you and choose- these are great experiences but won't count towards the experiences we are seeking).FINALLY, this is a base plus monthly bonus based on performance pay structure.
