It's been a huge difference from the last two (yes two!) agents I had where I wanted to add umbrella insurance to my existing policies. I called Rob Stewart's office and Brittany helped me quickly get setup on an umbrella policy by taking the time to see why it'd been cancelled in the first place, called me back when she said she would, and any time I called the office, someone picked up the phone and was helpful and personable. "December 2025 Update- I truly cannot even begin to express how happy I’ve been with Rob Stewart State Farm the past few years, ESPECIALLY with Brittany. She is amazing at what she does and is always quick & eager to answer any questions I have. I called a few days ago about adding a 4th car to our policy and she helped set everything up to where I could just text to have everything run through once we had possession. I’m currently out of state to get the car and Brittany was so quick to do everything over text with me to make sure we had the insurance in place for our drive home. "Emily went above and beyond for me. I had a claim with State Farm and my rental agreement was good until the 27th of November. The rental company closed my rental agreement out 6 days early. I got ahold of an adjuster and he said they could do nothing about it, even though another adjuster the day before, told me it would be no problem picking my truck up on a Monday, not a weekend because they rental company is old be closed. The 2nd adjuster also said I didn’t need to speak to a manger when I asked to because he didn’t feel the case justified it. Frustrated, I called my agent and Emily handled my case. Within 10 mins or less, she had it resolved with an extension. I’m totally blown away with my agents service, but more importantly with Emily’s service. I would highly recommend using State Farm as their ins cost are far better then any companies I’ve used in the past. My hat is off to Emily, big time."
