"Emily is amazing! Provided me with all needed information regarding my policy. Explained exactly what I needed and what I didn’t need. Everyone always suggests that you do comparison-shopping. But, Emily was so accurate and returned phone calls and answered any question I had! I know that customer service like this nowadays is hard to find! I know I want.. to stay with State Farm! "2 years ago I gave Rob Stewart a 5 star review. Today I retract that to say that after 5+ years of my loyalty Rob Stewart’s team did not support me not one bit throughout the process. I was involved in a hit and run that I chased the entire process through with 0 support from the team I pay a monthly fee to. In dealing with the team through the process I felt the least important as a customer. Every time I would call or ask for assistance it felt like I was burdening the team. Needless to say I have dropped the insurance as a whole and sadly wouldn’t recommend using this branch. Side note I was able to drop the price of my new insurance over $800 from State Farm!"
